Do's and Don'ts for the begginers in the stock market

  • Some people make losses due to their oversmartness, they are think that the stock market is very easy because they made some money by luck without having the knowledge of stock market. Don't invest in Penny stocks without having knowledge about them.

 • Don't do intraday trading or day trading without having vast knowledge of share market. 

 • Don't  trade  on other's advice or tips, do your own research before making any position on any stock.

 • First you have to do  paper trading by getting the knowledge of technical analysis. there are so many indicators for technical analysis like RSI, MACD Indicator, Bollinger bands etc. you have to first analyse this kind of indicators and get the proper knowledge of their functionality and develop your trading strategies based on these indicators, first you have to you applied your strategy on the paper then see the results, if you succeed then you have to go to the live trading because trading is not so easy there are so many things which affects the market for the particular share, the market sentiments for that stock, the quarterly results of that stocks, and the padt growth story of this stock.

 • There is one big truth in the stock market is that you know the name of many successful investors but you don't know the name of any successful trader because there is few traders who have succeed in the trading.

 • Please remember one thing "Trend is your friend" please follow the trend, don't try to  go against the trend.
